Believed to show the first tractor to be used in Nottinghamshire. The date 1914-18 is given owing to the presence of soldiers (probably of the Sherwood Rangers Yeomanry) in First World War uniform assisting on the land. At the time of the war, the farm was owned by the Peck family.
