This large brewery complex was developed after 1872. As well as brewing Warwicks & Richardsons also malted their own barley on site. This photograph shows the fine colonnade of the loading bay. Brewing ceased here in the 1960s and at the time this photograph was taken (1997) the buildings were awaiting conversion into luxury flats.
