Capturing Cotgrave - Tea party in the garden (2)

We had a tea party for about 40 friends in our garden. We ate copious amounts of cake and drank Pimms from tea cups. These photos were taken just before the event. This photograph was contributed to the Inspire Picture Archive as part of the ‘Capturing Cotgrave’ event held at Cotgrave Library on 5 August 2025. Linking in with the theme of the Living Knowledge Network’s ‘Unearthed’ exhibition which is touring libraries in 2025, residents of Cotgrave and surrounding areas were invited to contribute photographs of their own gardens for display.
