Built for R I Dexter. Photo by C.W.Lowe in approx 1970 after demolition of Bethesda Chapel. C.W.Lowe was a hairdresser at 165 Portland Road from 1923-1968. The car in the picture is an early 1960s Vauxhall and the house it is standing in front of is part of the new Butlers Hill redevelopment which took place in the 1960s. At that time the building was known as the Landmaster Factory
