Photographed looking south west. The church is Norman (with many later alterations and additions, including the battlements and pinnacles on the tower). The south porch (similarly battlemented) is also a later addition, exhibiting gargoyles, letter and shields relating to Sir Thomas Sutton (d. 1525). The East window is partly filled with 15th Century glass from nearby Kelham Hall.
