House on Vernon Road, Gedling featuring display of soft toys and "hangin' at home" sign. The public devised this use of soft toys to help parents engage the interest of their children whilst on their daily 1 hour walk. The idea being that the children could look at each window as they passed to see if a cuddly toy had been left there.
