Redhill Road on the right. See bar-code no. NCCC000166 for the same view 1913. The horse and cart were most likely returning from the ploughing match held at Oxton in late September 1972 . They were driven from the brewery to Oxton in the morning by Shipstones head ostler Mr Kirkland. (Additional information very kindly supplied by Andrew Smith).
