Pouring metal into casts. Straight from bucket to cast. The boxes were hinged. The Brigadier model was 6ft x 6ft high; Junior was a smaller model. Leys Foundry bought Beeston Boilers and it is now the site of the Mecca Bingo Hall area. The Beeston Boiler Company was founded in 1886 and operated until 1980.
