This station was demolished and was replaced by Blackton's Ford Dealers and is now the Matalan Complex. ( It was also the station from which the 'Penny Emma' ran, which subsequently gave its name to the link road from the A38 to Lowmoor Road at Kirkby in Ashfield.)
