The girl in the photo is Zillah Row, daughter of Walter and Elizabeth Rowe. Walter Rowe was a bootmaker and repairer based at 62 Kingston Road, Sneinton. The Rowe family emigrated in 1907. Kingston Street used to run east to west from Manvers Street, across Beaumont Street, to Lower Eldon Street near the junction with Sneinton Road.
