A stained glass window on the west side of the Baptist Chapel on Costock Road in East Leake. The window shows Jesus as the God Shepherd with his flock, and carries the banner ' And there shall be one fold and one shepherd'. The window is dedicated to William Follows and his wife Annie, and Mary Ann Follows, and is dated 1964. The Baptist Chapel was built on Costock Road in 1839 and replaced an earlier Baptist Church which dated to 1756.
