Built in 1836 and was still in use as a chapel in 1925 after which it fell into disrepair and by the second world war it was used for recreational purposes. By 1971, it was sold to Beckingham cum Saundby Parish Council from Miss Nora Watson. Major renovation took place and it was re-opened as a new Recreation Room in October 1983. It is currently used for smaller functions, meetings and activities. It was refurbished and redecoratedin Summer 2008.
