Showing firemen and their fire engine in the yard of the fire station. An early version of the Dennis fire engine, with thick rubber tyres. The men shown are, left to right: Wilfred, Eric and George Godfrey, father and sons. The fire station stood directly opposite the Flour Mill. The premises now belong to Mr J Speakes Garage.
