Clater's Bridge is on the Leverton Road along from Spital Hill, this picture shows the Chesterfield Canal. Storcroft Windmill can just be seen in the distance in the centre of the picture. The windmill had six sails which can be clearly seen in this image and was destroyed by fire in 1904. Additional information supplied by Stephen Brown
