Nottingham Playhouse is situated at Wellington Circus in Nottingham. It was built by Peter Moro and Partners, who had worked on the interior design of the Royal Festival Hall in London, and opened in 1963. Its post-war concrete interiors were restored in 2004, and the theatre is is now a grade II listed building.
