There are no details accompanying this view of two cows in a field but it is part of the Negus Collection at Arnold Library so may have a connection with the Arnold or Nottingham area. Evidence of the farm's closeness to urban development is visible in the background. The presence of horse chestnut trees and a high wall might suggest this is the same location as NCCC000698. Could it be Spencer Farm on Mansfield Road (see NCCC00661)?
